Violins of Hope

In the city of Nashville, there is no shortage of well-crafted instruments. Ask any musician and they’ll tell you that a handcrafted instrument has its own personality and individual voice. In this story you’ll see a collection of violins who all share a sad history. Violins that were played by Jewish musicians during the Holocaust. Violins that were played by Jewish musicians during the Holocaust. The exhibit runs through May 27th at the Downtown Nashville Library, along with related community events inspired by the exhibit.
